INTRODUCTION : Guide To Improve your Speaking

Guide To Improve your Speaking is a simple guide which guides you to turn your self into a good public speaker and to a person who can manage his/her own issues and tasks which involve public interaction and speaking. Most people know their ABC's and how to use their language in normal day to day communicating. But when they have to face a certain problem those people who can use English to communicate tend to fall back. Another similar situation where most people back off is when giving a speech or addressing a large crowd. You think you've got the same issues. No worries I'll guide you to become an excellent public speaker!! Still you'll have to read more books, magazines and news papers. It's better if you can watch some movies as well. Question? YES you saw it right watch movies....believe it or not watching movies help you to improve your language. So it's time to start!
STAGE 1: Let's start a Conversation!
Well in order to speak with some one you need to start a conversation first. This may be starting a telephone call, a normal conversation with a friend, a start of a speech or a commencing of a certain discussion.

It is a fact and a general thing that you know that when ever you meet some you usually greet that person or the crowd. This is something like GOOD MORNING, GOOD AFTERNOON, GOOD EVENING & HELLO in very formal manners or else HI , WHAT'S UP or YO!!!

Then normally you will get a greeting back! In order to continue the conversation you need to establish a base line. If it is a friendly conversation you talk about your selves. "How are you","After a long time","What are you up to these days?" questions like these. If it is a business conversation you establish the base line by giving a brief introduction about the issue at hand. For example you are contacting one of your customers about a new product. "Sir, I 'm from PG marketing.........we are offering this special holiday package for our valued customers....."

Now you established a base line. Now the person who is listening to you is aware of what you are speaking and you too have an idea about what you are speaking. Well as a starter i thought of choosing a telephone conversation..........Let's see...........here are some phrases that you use in a telephone conversation....Take a look through these first...
